Chris If you like Chili’s Southwestern Eggrolls then you will LOVE this recipe. Yes, it’s a lot of ingredients, but it’s actually pretty quick and easy to put together. You can make it without the jalapenos and cayenne pepper if you’re not a big fan of spicy. Technically, its an appetizer, but I like to eat them for dinner with a nice salad.
