Low-Carb Cole Slaw

Ingredients: One 16-oz. package of slaw mix (or equivalent in chopped cabbage) 4 T vinegar 2 T balsamic vinegar 1/3 c mayonnaise 1/3 c sour cream 3-4 tsp sugar-free sweetener black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Chill before serving.
