Cheesy Ghosts

We’re big on Halloween around here, and almost always have a crowd over for dinner or snacks before trick-or-treating. These super simple ghosts where a hit with the kids, and took absolutely no time to throw together.

Mouse Meatloaf

Okay, really it’s just meatloaf… but it’s the cutest meatloaf you’re ever likely to see! The kids enjoyed these little mouse morsels on Halloween last year. If you have a not-too-squeamish bunch, try putting a cherry tomato in the center of each mousy. :-)

Gross everyone out with these creepy cookies. The Best Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients: 1 1/2 bags microwave popcorn 1 stick butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 12-15 large marshmallows Melt butter, sugar and marshmallows in a saucepan while the popcorn is popping. Pour mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
