Sausage Dressing

1 large onion 2 celery stalks 2-3 garlic cloves 1/2 c butter or margarine 1 t sage 1/2 t salt 1/4 t pepper 3 lbs dried bread 1 lb sausage 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 c broth Spread into 2 greased 9×13 pans at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 24-32 servings.

Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients: 3 lb. sweet potatoes (canned is good) 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 Tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamonm 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup milk small marshmallows Combine all ingredients (except marshmallows) with a mixer, until well blended. Maple-Glazed Roast Turkey

We tried this recipe on Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful. Not only does the glaze give the turkey a lovely sweet maple flavor, it also creates a perfect, crispy skin and a gorgeous color!

Crab Toast

Ingredients: 1 Can Crab 1 stick butter 1 small jar cheese whiz (1/3 of a 15 oz jar) garlic salt Mix above and spread on english muffins. Cut in quarters. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.
