Carolee’s Crab Dip
This is a family favorite that makes it’s appearance around Thanksgiving every year.
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 12 oz chili sauce (Homemade brand is the best!)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 can crab meat
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add chili sauce and heat just until warm. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until set (at least an hour).
