Crunchy Cheese Dip

  • 1 (8-oz) can chopped and drained water chestnuts
  • 1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits
  • 2 (8-oz) packages softened cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped with scissors
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Wheat Thins or cracker of your choice

Drain pineapple, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of juice. In a bowl, combine pineapple with all remaining ingredients, except crackers. Add reserved pineapple juice. Mix well and chill. Serve with crackers. Sooooo good!
