Delectable Deviled Eggs

They ask me to bring these to the PARTY! You can be a hit too!

Ingredients:

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs (15 min)
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • ½ C Mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ T Dill pickle juice
  • 6 Egg Yolks from the boiled eggs
  • Salt
  • Paprika

Slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork until very fine powder is made then add Mayo mustard and juice. Mix until smooth. Spoon or pipe with decorative frosting tip into each hollow egg and sprinkle with salt and paprika.
