Vanilla Egg Nog

3 C 2% milk or thicker
1 Cup Cool Whip
½ C Sugar
3 Eggs + 1 White
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla

Whip up in blender and serve. Can be chilled in blender pitcher and ready to go for a day or 2. Just blend well before serving. Great with Pumpkin dishes. If you want it thicker you can use Whipping Cream in place of 1/2 the milk.
