- 6 chicken breasts, bone-in
- 1 small jar apricot jam/preserves
- 1 (8-oz) bottle Russian salad dressing
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
Place chicken breasts in oven proof dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
