Bacon Cheddar Turkey Burgers

Oh my gosh, these are so fast, and so yummy! I could not believe what a good flavor they had.


  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 2 TBSP dried minced onions
  • 1 TBSP prepared mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 3/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 8-10 slices of turkey bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled; or you can use bacon bits
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 hamburger buns

Beat eggs and milk. Add mustard, onions, garlic, and breadcrumbs; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add ground turkey. Shape into patties and fry or grill until no longer pink in the middle. While the patties are still warm in the pan or on the grill, add cheese slices. Sprinkle on bacon pieces before cheese is set firm again. Dress burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
