Baked Bean Special

  • 4 (16-oz) cans pork ‘n beans
  • 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 (16-oz) can French-fried onion rings, crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix beans, pineapple, molasses, BBQ sauce, mustard and 1/2 the onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a casserole dish or a 9X13″ pan and sprinkle with remaining onions and bacon pieces. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly. Allow to cool for 15 minutes or so before serving.
