Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Half-and-Half

Reserve 1/3 of blue cheese.  Beat remaining blue cheese with cream cheese on low until well blended.  Add mayo and half-and-half.  Beat on medium until creamy.  Stir in reserved blue cheese.  Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.  Spoon over wedges of iceberg lettuce and sprinkle with crumbled bacon for a classic steakhouse salad.
