Blueberry Delight

Mark’s Blueberry Delight is one of our most popular recipes. It’s so simple and absolutely delicious! Whip up this tasty crowd-pleaser for potlucks, picnics, or whenever you want to put a smile on your family’s faces.

Crust:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 1 package)

Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with a fork

Beat together:
2 x 8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread cheese mixture over graham cracker crust, and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.  Let it cool.  Top with one or two cans blueberry pie filling and refrigerate.  Serve with whipped topping or whipped cream.

  1. Mark, I think that the recipe for blueberry delight that I have calls for 2- 8 oz. packages of cream cheese.

  2. This is a really good pie-type dessert for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Birthdays, Sunday Dinner, Groundhog Day, Mondays, Tuesdays … it's really good! (Can you tell I like it?)
