Preheat oven to 375. Unroll 2 cans of Crescents and lay out on bottom of jelly roll pan. Pinch seams together to make a crust. Then beat 6 eggs with 2 TBS of milk and salt and pepper to season. Pour over uncooked crust. Cook one package of sausage then sprinkle over egg mixture. Sprinkle cheese over sausage and egg mixture. Cook for 15 minutes. Other things you could add to before you cook:
chopped green or red peppers
crumbled cooked bacon
or anything that you want to spice it up
My kids love this. It is a good hearty, stick to your insides breakfast and is fast and easy. I will precook the sausage the night before and then whip this up fast in the morning for breakfast. Enjoy!!
