- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any white cheese blend)
- Assorted olives, chiles, peas, as desired
Heat oven to 375F. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. On a cutting board, unroll dough and separate into triangles. Shape each triangle as needed to look like a ghost. Arrange the triangles on the cookie sheet and bake about 7 minutes until slightly puffed and just beginning to brown. Sprinkle each ghost with 1 T. cheese and top with olives, peas, chilies, etc. to form mouth and eyes. Back 2-3 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
