Chicken and Rice
We ate a lot of this when you kids were young…so easy!
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 soup cans milk
- 2 soup cans uncooked rice
- 6 boneless chicken breasts OR 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
In a bowl, mix soup, milk and rice. Pour into a 9×13 inch pan. Place chicken pieces on top of rice and sprinkle with dry soup mix. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
