Cream Cheese Mints

  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. mint to flavor or to taste
  • Food coloring

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, flavoring and food coloring and mix until stiff. Roll into small balls. Dip in sugar, then press in to sugared mint molds to make shaped mints. These also work well with other flavors, like lemon, peppermint, and spearmint.
