Creamy Italian Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4-oz) can sliced mushrooms, with liquid (use 2 cans if you like mushrooms!)
Place chicken pieces in the crock pot. Combine cream cheese and soup until well blended. Stir in mushrooms, Italian dressing mix. Pour over chicken and cook 4-5 hours on LOW. Serve over pasta, rice, potatoes or toast.
