Creamy Mushroom Tortellini
- 1 pint button mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 pint light cream
- Pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper
- 1 lb. fresh cheese tortellini, cooked
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium sized frying pan, saute mushrooms in butter until golden brown. Add cream, salt and pepper. Stir. Toss into cooled tortellini and add some fresh grated parmesan cheese.
