- 1 slice bread (soft breads work best)
- thin sliced ham
- cream cheese
- lettuce leaf (optional)
- cooked chicken breast, sliced into strips
- baby carrots
Spread the bread with cream cheese. Place a couple pieces of ham and a lettuce leaf on top. Roll the bread into a tight ‘wrap’. Pack this with the chicken breast strips and baby carrots in a sack lunch with ranch dressing for dipping.
NOTE: If your kids prefer sweet to savory, use jelly instead of ham on the bread, and substitute waffle strips, apple slices, and maple syrup for the chicken, carrots, and ranch dressing.
