Easy Broiled Salmon

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pound salmon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • Salt and pepper

Lay salmon on greased broiling pan. Dot with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with rosemary leaves. Top with onion slices. Broil until salmon is done (flakey).
