Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice, cooled slightly
  • 4 slices of bacon crumbled
  • 3 eggs scrambled and cooked with a little pepper
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 cup cooked thinly sliced pork
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 2-3 T soy sauce

In a large pan heat oil and cook ginger and onion for 1 min. Add all other ingredients and stir-fry until hot.
