I created this recipe combination and it just HIT THE SPOT! With only a FEW ingredients!
- 2 1/2 c. Fritos Chips
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 15 oz. can chili
Place 1 1/2 cups Fritos in a baking dish or pie pan. Arrange chopped onions and half of cheese over Fritos. Pour chili over onions and cheese. Top with remaining cheese and Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes!! Top with a few more Fritos for extra crunch.
