German Pancakes
I love this pancake recipe for several reasons.  It’s quick, they are low in sugar, and they are delicious. Try them with lemon juice and powdered sugar or with syrup or jam.  Happy Breakfast!


  • 6 T. butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place 6 Tablespoons of butter in a 9×13 pan and place in the oven while it preheats. Meanwhile, in a blender combine 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 6 eggs and a 1/4 tsp. salt.  As soon as oven is heated and butter is melted, pour pancake mix into pan.  Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and huge and bubbly.
