Grandma Copen’s Creamy Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Beat together with a wire whisk for about 1 minute. Refrigerate in a jar. Make this a day or two in advance so it can thicken. It’s good on sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, lettuce wedges, raisin and carrot salad, shredded cabbage, or any fruit salad. You can store it in the fridge for two months or so.
