Grilled Fish with Asian-Style Marinade

Got this one from a BJ’s Wholesale Club  Journal.  It’s superb!

    • 2 Tbsp honey
    • 2 Tbsp orange juice
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    • 2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1/4 tsp each black pepper and cayenne pepper
    • 1-1/2 lbs Tuna Steak or Salmon Fillet

Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.  Add fish and marinate 2 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.  Remove from refrigerator and let sit 20-30 minutes while grill preheats.  Place directly over high heat on oiled rack.  (For Tuna only:  after 5 minutes, baste marinade and turn.)  Remove from grill when center-read meat thermometer reads 140 degrees (for tuna) or when salmon flakes.

*This is great served with Asian noodles (we used Teriyaki noodles from a package), mandarin oranges and toss salad.  And yes, even the kids liked it.
