Hashbrown Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 32-oz package frozen hashbrowns (the shredded kind)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Thaw potatoes and place in 9×13″ baking dish. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour into baking dish on top of potatoes. Mix corn flakes, 1/2 cup melted margarine, and 1 tsp. salt together and place on top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
