Malted Milk Ball Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. malted milk balls(put in bag and hit a couple of times with rolling pin. Don’t crush too much)
  • 1 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • Mix the above then add:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Mix the above on high speed for 2 minutes or until fluffy. Then add:

  • 1/4 c. malted milk powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Mix above on low speed for 1 minute or until just combined, then add:

  • 2 c. flour

Mix above for 1 minute or until just blended then add smashed milk balls and mix until just combined. Preheat oven to 350. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately and let cool on parchment or waxed paper.
