Mandarin Orange Salad

  • 2 (3-oz) packages orange gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups orange sherbet
  • 2 (11-oz) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Add fruit and pour into serving dish or mold. Chill.
