Miss Melody’s Pasta Salad
I may hate her for her ability to do it all, but I love Miss Melody for this recipe. It’s simple, fast and most importantly. . . delicious!
- 1/2 Box of Ziti, cooked firm
- Vidalia onion, chopped
- 1-2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 can Black Olives, drained (optional)
- Pepperoni (stick or slices), diced
- 1/2-1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Seasoning Salt, to taste
- Romano Cheese and Parmesan Cheese, to taste
Toss all of the above together with 1/2 bottle of Fat Free Blush Wine Vinegarette Dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then add other 1/2 of dressing.
