Peanut Brittle

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/4 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cook sugar, corn syrup, and water until brown (25-30 minutes). Stir in butter & soda. Pour over peanuts in buttered pan.
