Roasted Cauliflower

This recipe takes a rather bland vegetable and makes it a treat. It’s got a lovely Asian flair to it, and it pairs nicely with just about anything.

Ingredients:

  • one large head cauliflower
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 450 F. Break cauliflower into small florets. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Place on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

This recipe is only 88 calories per serving (serves 4) and only 1 Weight Watchers PointsPlus point.
