Sandy’s Cream Cheese Fudge

This is great stuff, curtesy of my folks’ friend, Sandy Webb. Thanks for the reminder, Dev!

Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 2lb. bag powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
marshmallows, pecans, walnuts, crushed candy cane (optional)

combine cream cheese and butter. Add cocoa, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Add marshmallows, pecans, walnuts, or crushed candy cane if desired. Roll into a log about 2 inches in diameter, wrap in foil and refrigerate or freeze (at least 1 hour in the fridge–lasts for ages in the freezer). Slice the log into rounds to serve.
