Spicy Pepper Penne

  • 1 pkg(16oz) penne pasta
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary or 1/8 dried crushed rosemary
  • 2 pkgs(3 1/2 oz each) pepperoni, halved
  • 1/2 cup pepperocinis(found in pickle/olive section)
  • 1 jar(7 oz) rasted sweet red peppers drained and chopped
  • 3 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

In large skillet, layer the pasta, rosemary, pepperoni, pepperoncinis and red peppers. Add water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add cream and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
