Spicy Pork Roast

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 (3 to 3 1/2 pound) boneless pork loin roast

Combine all spices and rub over the entire roast. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Place roast on a greased rack in a roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 2 1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
