Supper Nachos

  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 small bottle saco sauce
  • 1 small can chopped olives (optional)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 can mild green chilies, diced
  • 3 cups grated cheese (Mexican cheese blend)
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained and seasoned with salt and pepper
  • sour cream (optional)
  • chopped tomatoes (optional)

Spread refried beans on the bottom of a greased 9X13″ pan. Top with ground beef, chopped olives, chopped onion, diced chilies and green pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with taco sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Top with sour cream and chopped tomatoes (if desired) and serve. Use Fritos or tortilla chips to scoop up mixture.
