Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 3 lb. sweet potatoes (canned is good)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamonm
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • small marshmallows

Combine all ingredients (except marshmallows) with a mixer, until well blended. Put in greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar* and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. The last few minutes, sprinkle small marshmallows over top. Bake or broil until brown.

*May also top with bananas.
