This is one of my favorite pampered chef recipes!

  • 3/4 ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 2 pkg refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 med green bell pepper(optional)
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 3 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 med. tomato chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion(optional)
  • 1/2 c. sliced olives(optional)

Preheat oven to 375. Cook meat and drain fat. Combine meat, taco seasoning, cheese and water. Unroll crescent rolls. Separate into triangles. Arrange triangles into a circle with wide edges overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. Scoop mixture onto widest part of crescent roll. Bring outside point of triangle down over filling and tuck under wide end of dough in center. (Filling will not be completely covered) Bake 20-25 min. until golden brown. Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, olives and sour cream if desired.
