Tender Chicken Bake

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • pepper
  • 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 3 TBSP brown sugar
  • 2 baking apples
  • sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

Mix dressing, pepper (to taste), and vinegar in baking dish. Add chicken, apples, onion slices (amount of onion is your preference – we love onions around here – we might use half an onion) and turn to coat. Sprinkle on brown sugar. Pour apple juice over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
