Tropical Fruit Squares

I think this may have been a Pillsbury recipe. I was given a paper copied with this recipe and it’s been a crowd pleaser for years!


  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 T lemon Juice
  • ½ C Coconut
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ½ oz crushed pineapple(drained)
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Powdered Sugar

Roll out crescent rolls and press flat into cake pan then bake at 350 for 5 min till just golden. In small bowl mix with fork cream cheese, lemon juice, coconut, sugar, eggs, and pineapple. Evenly pour wet mixture over baked crust and bake 350 for 25 minutes or until Set and golden. Refrigerate leftovers serve with Raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
