Corn Soufflé

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans kernel corn, undrained
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 1 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 packages corn bread mix
  • 3 eggs

Mix ingredients together, then pour into 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Serves 24.
