Easy Spanish Rice
This is a dish in which you can make a little of or a lot. It makes a tasty addition to any meal, and the kids really like it.
For each one cup of prepared rice, add:
- 2 tsp butter, margarine, or oil
- 1 TBSP taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa (I used mild thick-n-chunky)
Prepare rice according to package directions. After rice is prepared, add all three other ingredients at once. Mix well, heat through, and serve warm.
