Low-Carb Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

  • One 16-oz. package of slaw mix (or equivalent in chopped cabbage)
  • 4 T vinegar
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c sour cream
  • 3-4 tsp sugar-free sweetener
  • black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Chill before serving.  About 2 Weight Watchers Points Plus points per 1 cup serving.
